What comes with my rental?
Every package includes clean reusable totes with lids, a two-week rental, standard cleaning, and delivery and pickup when both addresses are within 10 miles of our location.
How does delivery and pickup work?
Local delivery and pickup are included when both addresses are within 10 miles of our location. Elsewhere in Connecticut, one additional $75 fee covers both delivery and pickup ; not $75 each way. Call 860-356-5715 to confirm your addresses.
Can I keep the totes longer?
Yes, subject to availability. Request an extension before your scheduled pickup. Each extra week is $30 for Small, $45 for Medium, $60 for Large, or $90 for Extra-Large.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. A $75 refundable deposit applies per order. We inspect the totes after pickup and refund the remaining deposit within 10 business days, with a written explanation of any deductions. Normal wear is never charged.
What if a tote or lid is lost or damaged?
Replacement charges apply for missing totes, missing lids, or damage beyond normal wear. Rates are provided before booking. Standard post-rental cleaning is included.
When do I pay?
Full payment, including the $75 refundable deposit, is due before delivery. We confirm availability and your final total first. Never send card numbers by email.
